I started this site in May of 2002 just for something to do and people just started showing up. I’m not exactly sure why people started showing up except I tried to fill a need I saw lacking out there. People have told me that they like my writing style, the way I explain things, and that they see a balanced and fair approach in my writing. The funny thing is I get the last laugh on the English teachers I had in school. Now I can write like I want to and there aren’t little red marks all over the paper! (usually, I write as if I were talking to you.)
People often refer to me or ask if I’m an expert (especially about XP)…
No, I am definitely not an expert. In fact, I don’t think it is possible to be a true “expert” in the vast field of computing. My biggest asset is I know how to find answers.

I am no longer working in the IT field, I have too much self-respect ;-)
