Not a tweaking app software wise but a self-tweaking app. Offers quick access to lots of Windows features.
How I use it. Download and extract it. Move it to C: . Open the folder, right-click on WAP.exe and choose Send to, Desktop (create shortcut)
You can then add this to a dock or pin to Start Menu / Taskbar.
