Make your own free Tweaking Toolbox
Put the programs you like from this list into it's own folder in the Start Menu. (Right click on Start > choose Explore and Explore All User > create a folder named "Tweaks" in whichever one on the 2 folders you want the new menu item in > move the folders you want into that folder)
