What I Use:
Stuff I actually have on my USB flash drives at all times.

Bootable OS:
openSUSE (currently trying to build one to suit my needs at SUSE Studio)
Linux Mint

AVG Rescue CD
Kaspersky Rescue Disc
Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper (both 32 & 64-bit)

Bootable Windows Rescue / Recovery Discs
Windows 7 (32 & 64-bit)
Windows Vista (32 & 64-bit)

Bootable Other:
Acronis Disk Director
Acronis True Image Home 2011
(These are pay-for programs. I use the boot disk ISO's that you can download after you register with Acronis)

PC Toolbox
I keep the installable stuff in a folder called toolbox on the flash drive.
I keep the portable stuff in a folder called portable on the flash drive.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
Microsoft Security Essentials ( XP, and Vista & Seven 32 & 64-bit)
