Laptop running W10 64 Firefox 56
When I voted in chrome, the results displayed a total of four votes. When I refreshed the page, it showed only one vote. I loaded the page on explorer from the same computer and attempted to vote – it said that my IP had already voted, but would not display any results.
And after posting this comment, the page now reflects six votes.
