regarding update for v1809 of Windows 10: should it be KB4503327 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4503327) and build 17763.557?

The Win7 updates are becoming a lot like the Win10 updates. One refuses to install on my laptop, just like what happened 3 months ago. I’ll try again next Patch Screwsday. If it doesn’t work then, I’ll get to enjoy another format and reinstall. Grr…
