Windows 10 EOL
Stories about this issue were all over the web yesterday like is was big news.
“Windows 10 will reach end of support on October 14, 2025. The current version, 22H2, will be the final version of Windows 10, and all editions will remain in support with monthly security update releases through that date.”
There is no real news here. I spoke of Win10s EOL date of October, 2025 back in 2021 and it wasn’t news then.

Is this Microsoft’s attempt to sway users toward Windows 11 or the impending 12? Because of the problems with 11, in my honest view, it is essentially useless.

Eh Eric, late with this but definitely agree with you. They did add that 22H2 was the last version with just security updates from
here on in which was kind of surprising to me. I’m personally OK with that, thinking(hoping)things won’t break keeping Win10
stable till its end of life.
